I have been seeing Dr. Alevizos for roughly 8 months. Under his care and with changing my diet and workout routine I lost over 50 lbs and went from 30+% body fat down to 10-11% body fat. I feel younger with better energy levels, mood, and no brain fog. It feels like I am 25 again, not mid 40's. Highly recommend his practice combined with making positive changes in diet and workout routine to maximize the results.

Before I met Dr. Alevizos, I felt exhausted, foggy, and increasingly anxious. As a husband and father, it was terrifying not to be the best version of myself, the man my wife married, who woke up every day full of joy, passion, and energy, working hard and being present for his family. Losing that felt like losing a part of who I was.
When I raised concerns about hormone testing, my general doctor brushed me off, saying, “That’s just part of getting older; you’ll have to get used to it,” and instead offered antidepressants. An endocrinologist later prescribed thyroid and testosterone medications, but the focus was mostly on lab numbers rather than how I was feeling. Even after almost two years, I was still struggling to get through each day.
Everything changed when I met Dr. Alevizos. From my very first appointment, he truly listened. He asked detailed questions about my work, sleep, diet, exercise, and family life. He ordered thorough hormone testing, carefully explained every result, and more importantly, looked beyond the numbers, truly seeing me, my needs, and my lifestyle to create a treatment plan tailored specifically for me. Over the next year, with regular check-ins and adjustments, the fog lifted. I lost 50 pounds, and my energy surged back.
Now, in my 40s, I wake up focused, passionate, and fully present. I can push myself in the gym, but more importantly, I show up as the husband my wife married, the father my son needs, and the provider my family depends on. Life is too short, and the people we love deserve the very best version of us. Dr. Alevizos gave me my life back, and I’m deeply grateful.

Dr. Alevizos is a very knowledgeable and proactive physician. He not only evaluates and prescribes for the individual patient, but treats you like you really matter. He listens to your issues and responds with helpful recommendations. I always feel better after each appointment. I'm pleased to be his patient.

Dr. Alevezioz has been my doctor for at least 10 years now. I’ve never met such a professional and such a caring doctor when it comes to his patience. He’s always on top of everything not to mention I’ve never felt so comfortable expressing more than just my medical issues. I am very blessed to have found him if I could leave 10 stars I would. I greatly appreciate everything you have done for me especially coming into my 40s now this year thank you for all you do.

Started December 3rd. It is March 26th. I have lost just over 40 lbs. my blood work went from bad in so many areas to good. I just stopped taking two prescription medications due to my overall health improvement. Still need to lose another 20lbs but my mood and energy are up and I will get there. Thank you Dr. Alevizos.

I have been seeing Dr. Alevizos since September 2023 for hormone replacement therapy. I am extremely satisfied. My energy is back to the level it was in my 20s. An added benefit has been that my weight is now returning to normal naturally without the aid of dieting or weight-loss drugs. I have seen three Endocrinologists with Kaiser who have no interest in finding the source of fatigue, weight gain, anxiety ,sleeplessness, thyroid issues, etc. Dr. Alevizos will help you find the answers.
Dr. Alevizos is a great listener and has a solution for every issue I bring up. He is very professional, is well educated, and a pleasure to see for my checkups.
I would highly recommend Dr. Alevizos for men or women seeking to reclaim their lives.

I have been with Dr. Alevizos and his amazing team for almost 2 years now and there just aren’t enough wonderful things I could say about this practice.
